MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Municipal Building Authority of West Valley City, on June 1, 2021, at 6:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as business permits, in the City Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah. Subject of the Public Hearing will be the Tentative Budget of the West Valley City Municipal Building Authority for Fiscal Year 2021¬-2022. Citizens of West Valley City are invited to offer oral comments and questions during the hearing regarding the Budget. Written statements may be submitted prior to the hearing date to the City Recorder's Office. Copies of the Budget will be available beginning May 20, 2021, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday, at the Recorder's Office, 3600 Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah. In accordance with Section 52-4-207 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, the Chairperson, on behalf of the Building Authority, has authorized the Building Authority Meetings to be held electronically without establishing an anchor location. This authorization is based on the finding that conducting electronic meetings with an anchor location would present a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who would be present at the anchor location. This meeting may be held electronically.
