- Report on Recreation programs and events including plans for Spring/Summer (Chad Wright)
a. Heritage Days: events, plans, committee, and community support
b. Status of discussions with Hyrum regarding Parks and Recreation
c. Status and arrangement for management at Morgan Farm
- Update on Parks and Trails current projects: (Chad Wright or Rodney Elwood)

5. Report, Discussion, and Consideration: of the petitioned annexation of property North of Clear Creek Park and the associated impact on Nibley city parks and recreation, trails, etc. Discussion of how to move forward (Matt Logan)
6. Discussion and Consideration of how to best mitigate increasing vandalism in Nibley City Parks (Rod Elwood and President or Acting President)

1 Public input is welcomed at all Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee Meetings. 15 minutes have been allotted to receive verbal public comment. Verbal comments shall be limited to 3 minutes per person. A sign-up sheet is available at the entrance of the meeting or shall be available through chat (only during the public comment period) starting 15 minutes prior to each committee meeting and at the facilitators table for the duration of the public comment period. Commenters shall identify themselves by name and address on the comment form and or verbally for inclusion in the record. Comment will be taken in the order shown on the sign-up sheet or chat cue. Written comment will also be accepted and entered into the record for the meeting if received prior to the conclusion of the meeting. Comments determined by the presiding officer to be in violation of Committee meeting rules shall be ruled out of order.
