NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. This meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00 p.m. Invocation 2) OPEN PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE CITY'S INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REENUE BONDS. SERIES 2021 (FUTURE COMP PROJECT) IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF NOT TO EXCEED 10,000,000. AND RELATED MATTERS - MARCUS KELLER, ZIONS PUBLIC FINANCE, INC. 3) Sewer Improvement update and proposed approval of change order - Garrick Willden, Jones and DeMille Engineering 4) Proposed Approval of new Swimming Pool Employees, Pool Mgr. Matt Reber 5) Mayor's Proclamation, Review of City's Culinary and Irrigation Water Ordinances regarding waste with proposed approval regarding possible actions for non-compliance - Mayor Lori Nay 6) Discussion, review and proposed approval of designs, costs, placement and construction of new Welcome to Gunnison Signs and new updated Logo - Mayor Lori Nay 7) Discussion, review of Beautification for Main Street, Park, Cemetery - Councilmember Stella Hill 8) Discuss to determine City Manager selection process along with time table for interview, etc. - Mayor Lori Nay 9) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday April 7, 2021, and Wednesday April 21, 2021 10) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 11) City Business and Future Items 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
