- Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinance/Resolution: Ordinance 21-05: An Ordinance Providing for the Compensation of Elected and Statutory Officers of Nibley City Resolution 21-14: A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR VARIOUS FUNDS OF NIBLEY CITY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020-21, ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS OF NIBLEY CITY AND OTHER BUDGETARY MATTERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 AND ADJUSTING CERTAIN FEES AND PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES When: May 27, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah A full report will be posted on the City's website by May 21, 2021 as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. You may submit comments in writing before the meeting either by mail to Nibley City Hall or email to cheryl@nibleycity.com.
