WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held on June 1, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held on June 8, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss: Application #GPZ-5-2021, filed by Jason Kelley To amend the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from General Commercial to Light Manufacturing and a zone change from C-2 (General Commercial) to M (Manufacturing). The property is located at 3536 South 1950 West on 1.7 acres. In accordance with Section 52-4-207 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, the Mayor, on behalf of the West Valley City Council, has authorized City Council Meetings to be held electronically without establishing an anchor location. This authorization is based on the finding that conducting electronic meetings with an anchor location would present a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who would be present at the anchor location. Both meetings will be held electronically.
