Tentative adoption of the 2021-2022 Operating Budgets and setting a date for a public hearing. B. Consideration and approval of Youth Council Advisors Janessa and Wyatt McDaniel. C. Consideration and approval of Skateboard Park Design Bid Proposal. D. Mayor and City Council Reports. 11. ADJOURNMENT
