RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 27, 2021 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Natalie Nichols is requesting approval of a 2-lot commercial subdivision on 7.9-acres of land located at 12653 South 3600 West. - Jon Galbraith is requesting approval of an amended commercial site plan for 'Big O Tires' to be located in an existing commercial building at 2154 West 12600 South. - Riverton City is proposing changes to Title 18 'Land Use and Development Code' to align the City's code with recent changes to State Code. - Scott Yermish with Priority Builders is requesting approval of a Residential Subdivision 'The Silos at Riverbend' to be located at 12700 South 1300 West. This meeting is open to the public, however due to restrictions related to COVID-19, public attendance in this meeting may be limited in number. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. Audio and written minutes will be available following the meeting. Public comment for this item may be submitted via email to planning@rivertonutah.gov or by phone to 801-208-3138. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
