CITY OF HOLLADAY ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS HEARING MEETING AGENDA Friday, May 21, 2021 (rescheduled from May 17, 2021) Council Chambers - 4580 S. 2300 E. 10:00 AM AGENDA ITEM(S) 1. In Spa Massage, LLC Business License Revocation - 6233 S. Highland Drive C-2 Zone The City is seeking revocation of a/the business license appertaining to In Spa Massage considering certain operations of the same to be unlawful in accordance with H.C.C. §§ 5.11.040, 5.62.070, 5.82.110 and 13.100. 2. Nordgren Variance - 4158 S. Bevwood Circle (R-1-8 Zone) The Applicant(s) seek(s) relief from an/the eight-foot (8') setback required between a property line and a retaining wall [H.C.C. § 13.76.700.F.(9)(c)] in order to sanction emplacement thereof along their western/nw side property line. 3. Adjourn CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Stephanie N.
