Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held in person and electronically by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 1 June 2021, 6:00 p.m., at the Midway Community Center (160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah) and using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.org). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items: South Farm Subdivision / Preliminary and Final Approval (Summit Engineering) - Discuss and possibly grant preliminary and final approval for the South Farm Rural Preservation Subdivision located at 344 West 500 South (Zoning is RA-1-43). Recommended with conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission. Jomar Subdivision / Preliminary and Final Approval (Berg Engineering) - Discuss and possibly grant preliminary and final approval for the Jomar Subdivision located at 320 West 500 South (Zoning is RA-1-43). Recommended with conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission. Burgi Hill Subdivision / Preliminary and Final Approval (Berg Engineering) - Discuss and possibly grand preliminary and final approval for the Burgi Hill Subdivision located at 1218 North Interlaken Road (Zoning is RA-1-43). Ordinance 2021-13 / Non-Conforming Buildings and Uses (City Planner) - Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 2021-13 amending Section 16.26.8 (Non-Conforming Buildings and Uses) of the Midway City Municipal Code regarding non-conforming buildings and uses. Recommended without conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission. Ordinance 2021-14 / Off-Street Parking and Loading Uses (City Planner) - Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 2021-14 amending Section 16.13.39 (Off-Street Parking and Loading Uses) of the Midway City Municipal Code allowing narrower commercial driveways for existing structures. Recommended without conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission. Resolution 2021-14 / FY 2021 Budget Amendment (Financial Officer) - Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 2021-14 amending the fiscal year 2021 budget for Midway City. Information regarding the above items may be obtained from the Midway City Recorder at 75 North 100 West, Midway (Midway City Office Building). The information will also be posted at http://www.midwaycityut.org/City-Council-Agendas-and-Minutes the Friday before the meeting.
