Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct public hearings in the following order; a. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval a code amendment 2021-03, in chapter 10-35-040 titled 'Open Space Standards', and repeal ownership of open space, 4. Type 4 'Individual Private Ownership within a Subdivision'. b. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval a code amendment 2021-04, in chapter 10-34 titled 'Critical Lands' and repeal all references of 30% slopes and replace with 20% slopes to stay consistent the Wellsville City code and correct an error in the text. 9. Jeff Young - Discuss options of a Wellsville City/All Tech radio tower on Basin Hill to control internet connections for security system. 10. Chris Breinholt - Discuss options for the sewer along 200 East. Tax Id. #10-028-0039. 11. Cortney Gittins - Discuss proposed changes to chapter 10-36-10 titled 'Exterior Lighting.' 12. Discuss for approval Resolution 2021-07 a resolution for Wellsville City to authorize appointing temporary judges to the Justice Court. 13. Continue discussion on updating or modifying the cemetery rules & regulations. 14. Review, discuss for possible approval the 2021/2022 tentative budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, and Storm Water Fund for all operating and capital budgets. 15. Scott Wells - Discuss Wellsville City working with related parties. 16. Scott Wells - Discuss 3rd quarter financial statement for February. 17. Department reports 18. City Manager/Recorders report.
