- Mt. Pleasant City 2021-2022 Budget Public Hearings The following meetings will be held in the City Council room at 115 West Main Street on June 8, 2021: The Mt. Pleasant Local Building Authority will hold a public hearing at 5:40 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding the Local Building Authority budget for year 2021-2022. The Mt. Pleasant Community Development and Renewal Agency will hold a public hearing at 5:45 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding the Community Development and Renewal Agency budget for year 2021-2022. The Mt. Pleasant Library will hold a public hearing at 5:50 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding the Library budget for the year 2021-2022. Mt. Pleasant City will hold a public hearing at 5:55 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding the city budget for year 2021-2022. If you would like to attend any of these meetings and need help in order to attend or participate in the hearing, please call Jeanne Tejada at (435) 462-2456 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and she will make reasonable accommodations.
