- CITY OF WEST JORDAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held before the Municipal Building Authority of the City of West Jordan on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible in the Council Chambers, 8000 S. Redwood Road, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the proposed adoption of the Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 and scheduling a hearing to receive public comment before the final budget is adopted. A copy of the Tentative Budget will be available for public inspection for a period of 10 days prior to the public hearing and can be viewed online at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/city-budget. This meeting may be viewed on the City of West Jordan's YouTube channel at https://bit.ly/WestJordan or via Zoom https://www.zoom.us/ (see further instructions below). If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit our website at https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/agendas approximately four (4) days prior to the meeting for agenda packet(s) and login information. Alternatively, you may share your comments with the Council prior to the meeting by calling the 24-Hour Public Comment line at (801) 569-5052 or by sending an email to councilcomments@westjordan.utah.gov. - One or more board members may participate electronically in this meeting by way of telephone, FaceTime, Skype or other comparable online video conferencing technology per Utah Code (ยง52-4-207) and West Jordan City Ordinance 1-13-1-E. Members participation via electronic communication will be broadcast and amplified so other board members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear or see the communication.
