- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 2 2021, at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider adopting the new city code title 10, 'Land Use Regulations', Chapter 36 'Development Standards' and section 10 'Exterior Lighting'.
