Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on: 1. Internal Accessory Dwelling Units - A Permitted Use in All Primarily Residential Zones. In compliance with ADA, citizens needing auxiliary communicative aids and accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should contact City Offices at 435-528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
