- KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 27, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: The rezone of approximately 0.22 acres of property at 327 E 200 N (shown on the included map) from the R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) to the R-2 (One and Two Family Residential) zoning district. The zone change would allow for a twin home or duplex on the existing lot. I hereby certify that I posted a copy of the foregoing Public Hearing notice on the municipality's official website by May 14, 2021.
