Fionnuala Kofoed) The Consolidated Fee Schedule recently underwent a staff review. It
has been reorganized to group like fees together and has been updated to reflect existing
City fees. The proposed amendments to Municipal Code bring the Consolidated Fee

14. ORDINANCE
14.A ORDINANCE - An Ordinance of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Amending the Eagle
Mountain Municipal Code Chapter 2.24 Youth Council.
BACKGROUND: (Presented by the Eagle Mountain Youth Council) The proposed
ordinance amends the requirement to serve as Mayor of the Youth Council from being in
at least eleventh grade to being in high school, and the requirement to serve as a Youth
Councilmember from at least ninth grade to eighth grade.
