- AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ZONE CHANGE from MAY 20, 2021 TO JUNE 3, 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council Public Hearing scheduled for Thursday, May 20, 2021 has been rescheduled to Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive. The Council will review a proposal to amend the Zoning Map to rezone approximately 5.62 acres of property from 'A' (Agricultural) to 'R-1-10' (Single Family Residential). The property is contained within parcel 100230098, located at approximately 1464 North Fort Lane. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Council meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
