- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS MAY 25, 2021 AND JUNE 17, 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 1.89 acres of property from B-RP (Business and Research park) to CP-1 (Planned Neighborhood Commercial). The rezone requests include parcel 093710004 (approximately 1.15 acres) located at approximately 694 West Antelope Drive and a portion (approximately 0.74 acres) of parcel 094220101 located at approximately 2098 North 700 West. The Layton City Council will also hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding the same issue.
