Description/Agenda

The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 7:00 pm. The City Council will be considering a request by a representative of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers Restaurant, to vacate a small piece of North Union Blvd, south of the property located at 890 E Fort Union Blvd. This meeting will be conducted as a hybrid in-person and electronic meeting. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting or view the meeting at the following link: https://www.MidvaleCity.org/PublicMeetings. Seating will be limited to half capacity. Meeting attendees will be required to practice social distancing and wear masks at all times. Comments will be accepted in person or in writing. All comments will be presented to and considered by the Council and made part of the public record.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Midvale City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Request assistance by contacting the City Recorder at 801-567-7207, providing at least three (3) working days advance notice of the meeting.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
