The Washington City Planning Commission will hold a Public Electronic Meeting on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. hosted at the Washington City Office located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah The meeting will be broadcast via YouTube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings Public Hearing is for the purpose of the following: Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a Zone Change request Z-21-13 for the Red Mesa at Sunrise Valley Phase 3 PUD-R Design located at approximately 400 South 2700 East. Applicant: Middon, LLC A detailed legal description and information is available in the Community Development Office located in the Washington City Offices. You are welcome to submit in writing your comments or concerns to kspring@washingtoncity.org or respond through the posted agenda 'Items Available for Public Comment' at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings the link will remain open for comments until 4:00 P.M. the day before the meeting.
