- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold a work meeting on THURSDAY, May 13, 2021 at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Small House Requirements. b. Modifying zoning for portions of town/Cottage Home Ordinance. c. Requirements for Shed/Outbuildings. d. Discussion on Animal Control Ordinance - Limitations of the Keeping and Maintenance of Animals and Fowl. e. Needed Changes for Eureka's Addressing System. 3. ADJOURNMENT.
