NOTICE OF THE FILING OF PETITIONS FOR WATER CONTRACT BY WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT All persons interested will please take notice that there have been filed with the Board of Trustees of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, petitions applying for the allotment of Weber Basin water, by the following landowners owning land in: WEBER COUNTY: Section 34, Township 6 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 14 & 23, Township 6 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 16, 20 & 30, Township 7 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 2 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Section 2 & 3, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. Copies of petitions containing the description of each tract and the terms and conditions under which the water is petitioned are on file in the office of the Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, Layton, Utah, for public inspection. The names of the petitioners and the amount of water in acre feet applied for are as hereinafter set out: WEBER PETITIONER/ACRE FEET Blair Beus, 2.98 af Fred Cooper, 5.0 af Paul &Nicole Coles, 1.0 af Jeff Scadden & Danell Wilhelm and Liberty Pipeline Company, 1.25 af Robert & Crista Torman and Liberty Pipeline Company, 1.0 af Justin & Marjorie Torman and Liberty Pipeline Company, 1.0 af RW Custom and Liberty Pipeline Company, 1.25 af Justin Bennett, 1.0 af Austin Morgan, 1.1 af Phitsamone Phaysounlaphong & Sign Yang, 0.6 af Kohnor & Alexis Loosle, 0.6 af Brandon & Tawny Gallegos, 0.7 af Kirstine & Kyle Cragun, 1.0 af Amanda Fowers & Daren Munson, 0.7 af Megan & Andre Snow, 0.6 af Dylan Baur, 0.7 af Jorge Garfias & Kennadi Varnell, 0.6 af Nicholas & Tamala Collins, 0.7 af George & Patricia Franklin, 0.6 af Colten & Haley Stokes, 0.6 af Javie & Tabitha Blanco, 0.8 af Ashley Wilson, 0.6 af Elijah & Geralynne Swensen, 1.1 af Paul & Kristina Foreman, 0.7 af Michael & Theresa Rawlings, 0.6 af Derrick & Stevee Gallegos, 0.7 af Woodside Homes of Utah LLC, 6.65 af The Board of Trustees of the District will meet in public session at District headquarters, 2837 E. Highway 193, Layton, Utah, 9:00 a.m., Thursday, May 27, 2021, to consider each of such petitions and any and all objections that may be presented in writing by any persons showing cause why any of said petitions should not be granted. All persons interested may appear at such hearing and show cause in writing why said petitions, or any thereof should not be granted. Failure of any person to show cause in writing as aforesaid, shall be deemed an assent on his part to the granting of said petition. The Board will at such meeting or at a subsequent meeting adjourned there from, accept or reject the petitions.
