- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BEFORE THE TRANSPORTATION AND MOBILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE The Provo City Transportation and Mobility Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend. This meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: YouTube https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/provochannel17. If you do not have access to the internet, you can join and listen to the meeting via telephone following the instructions below. There will be an in-person option as well with limited seating at the anchor location of the Community and Neighborhood Services Conference Room. To listen to the meeting by phone, dial 346-248-7799. Enter Meeting ID 875 2721 3680 and press #. When asked for a participant ID, press #. Item 1 Finalizing Evaluation Criteria Item 2 Active Transportation Trails in southwest Provo Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Planning Secretary at (801) 852-6425 at least three days before the meeting to make arrangements.
