- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers at 2600 W. Taylorsville Boulevard on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Person(s) wishing to make a public comment may attend the meeting or submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone/voicemail to (801) 963-5400 ext. 3709, no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members; all comments received are added to the public record. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Paul Randstrom, Brad Reynolds Construction, is requesting a General Plan Map Amendment for the properties located at 4701 S. 1065 W.; 1054 W. 4800 S.; 1066 W. 4800 S.; 1078 W. 4800 S.; and 1088 W. Turnberry Way; from Low-Density Residential to Medium-Density Residential. File #6G21. Paul Randstrom, Brad Reynolds Construction, is requesting a Zoning Map Amendment for the properties located at 4701 S. 1065 W.; 1054 W. 4800 S.; 1066 W. 4800 S.; 1078 W. 4800 S.; and 1088 W. Turnberry Way; from Residential Single-Family R-1-10 to Residential Single-Family R-1-6 and Residential Multiple Family (RM-16). File #11Z21. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
