- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on May 11, 2021; The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 21-25: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 16-5-101 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT THE 2020 EDITION OF THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
