BUSINESS / Action Item 1. Approve Consent Agenda. 2. Election to appoint new SUVMWA Board of Directors. SUVMWA Bylaws require the Board of Directors to serve a one-year term with an election held annually. The current board as follows has now served for one year: Howard Chuntz - Chairman (Salem) Craig Jensen - Co-Chairman (Springville) Secretary - Chad Argyle (Spanish Fork) Treasurer - Marty Larson (Genola) 3. Approve the contract with Strong and Strong LLC for accounting services for the next fiscal year. 4. Approve the amended reopening of the 2021 FY budget to address the extra ULS water for Spanish Fork City assessed and the costs associated with proposed sale of the SUVMWA property. 5. Approve the preliminary 2022 FY SUVMWA Budget and set a date for the Public Hearing to approve the preliminary budget and the amended 2021 FY Budget. (Proposed public hearing date / June 10, 2021.) 6. Item from March agenda to approve the water shares to be sold that SUVMWA owns from East Jordan Canal (55 shares) and South Jordan Canal (27 Shares) with the information provided by Jim Riley Water Consulting. 7. Update on the property SUVMWA owns and has contracted with Davenport Consulting to list the property for sale and any progress with the appraisal from Merit Valuation. 8. Howard Chuntz will discuss the CUP/ULS water shares and the information that was sent to CUWCD regarding the allocation of water to the cities.
