Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ZONE TEXT AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a recommendation to amend the blight subparagraph 3. of Section 11-3-045 A. of Title 11 (the Zoning Ordinance) to modify/remove the TDR requirement.
