Description/Agenda: NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A CHANGE TO NOTICE REQUIREMENTS FOR LAND USE PUBLIC HEARINGS. Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on May 25, 2021 at 7:05 p.m., at the Fillmore City Building located at 75 West Center Street for the purpose of receiving public comment on a land use regulation amendment to change public hearing notice requirements to remove the requirement of publishing notice of public hearings in a newspaper.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Electronic participation is not available.
