- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hatch Cemetery Board will hold its meeting on the 12th day of May 2021, at the Hatch Community Center at 49 W Center Hatch, Utah which meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Meeting Called to Order 1.1 Invocation by Invitation & Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Previous Minutes 2.1 February 22, 2021 3. Petitions, Remonstrations and Communications 3.1 Hatch Cemetery by-laws 3.2 Appoint board members terms/limits 3.3 Appoint Cemetery Board Chairperson 3.4 Cemetery Financial Report 3.5 Cemetery Maintenance Position and pay 3.6 Hatch Town pay for reports/financials 3.7 Parking Lot 4. Schedule next meeting
