Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Melissa Webster, Red Tree Accounting, for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" for accounting services to be operated from her home at 51 West 1450 South B. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Nicole Rozanske for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" for massage therapy from her home at 270 East 200 South C. Receive public input and consider for approval a request from Amberlee Taylor for a conditional use for a Level A "Home Occupation" to operate a salon from her home at 295 North 100 West 7. Randy Wall to discuss letter dated March 23, 2011 concerning materials stored at 60 West 300 North 8. Review for approval the final plat for phase 2 of Sterling Ridge Subdivision on property of the southwest corner of the intersection of 1450 South Center 9. Other zoning matters
