Public Notice is hereby given that this meeting will occur electronically without an anchor location in accordance with Utah Code 52-4-207(4), due to infectious disease COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus. The Diversity and Inclusion Task Force Chair has determined that conducting a meeting with an anchor location presents substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location because physical distancing measures may be difficult to maintain in the Murray City Council Chambers. (See attached Diversity and Inclusion Task Force Chair determination.) Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Task Force Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Task Force Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Task Force Member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other Task Force Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
