IVINS CITY OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, May 18, 2021 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 Purpose: Public Hearing on a proposed Temporary Class IV Conditional Use Permit Amendment Application for Black Desert Resort at Entrada. Located at approximately 1630 East Snow Canyon Parkway, South of the horse roundabout. Applicant: Enlaw, LLC-Owner. Patrick Manning-Applicant. Contact: Building and Zoning Administrator Cody Mitchell, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place or may submit their views in writing to the Ivins City Planning Commission prior to the meeting.
