IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: City Council Meeting, Thursday, May 20, 2021 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, 84738 Purpose: Public Hearing to receive comment on the FYE 2021 Budgets to complete and FYE 2022 Budgets for the General Fund, Debt Service Fund, Special Revenue Funds (Public Safety, Streets, Parks) Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, Storm Drain Fund, and Municipal Building Authority Fund Contact: Director of Finance, Lane Mecham 435-628-0606 ext. 704 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, or may submit their views in writing to the City Council. Copies of the Budgets are available for inspection at Ivins City Hall located at 55 N. Main, Ivins, Utah and will be available on Ivins City website at www.ivins.com by May 10, 2021. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify City Recorder Kari Jimenez at Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, 84738 or by calling 435-628-0606 ext. 705, at least three days prior to the hearing to be attended.
