Description/Agenda: The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a code amendment, in chapter 10-35-5-title'Open Space Standards', and repeal ownership of open space, 4. Type 4 'Individual Private Ownership with a Subdivision.' 7. The Planning Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a code amendment in chapter 10-34 titled 'Critical Lands' and repeal all references of 30% slopes and replace with 20% slopes to stay consistent with the Wellsville City code and correct an error in the text. 8.
