- NOTICE OF HIGHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING Zoom Meeting Information Meeting ID: 820 3295 1846 Phone: (346) 248-7799 The Highland Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 25, 2021 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The Planning Commission will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City Staff is requesting approval to amend several sections of the Development Code relating to the nuisance of noise in commercial zones. - Highland City Staff is requesting approval to amend Chapter 10 Definitions in the Development Code and to clarify permissible uses in the Town Center Overlay and the CR Zone relating to sports, fitness and social dances. For more information or special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please contact the Highland City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.
