WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF GENERAL PLAN/ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF an electronic study meeting to be held on May 19, 2021, at 3:30 p.m. and an electronic public hearing to be held on May 26, 2021, at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission both using Zoom at: https://zoom.us/j/95328405803, on the following application: Application #GPZ-10-2021, filed by Adam Maher Requesting an amendment to the General Plan of West Valley City by reclassifying the following described property from Non-Retail Commercial to High Density Residential (12 to 20 units/acre) and a zone change from RB (Residential Business) to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential). The property is located at 3540 West 4700 South on 1.08 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 6th day of May, 2021.
