PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday April 13, 2021 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting April 13, 2021. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) May 2021. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2020-2021 budget 4. Hand out SGHA 2021-2022 budget for comment and review. 5. Sign PHA Board Resolution / Approving the Agency Budget for 2021-2022. 6. Sign Civil Rights certification 7. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 8. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George 9. Report on the leasing of the 40 new Mainstream Vouchers (Non-Elderly / Disabled) 10. Follow up with Kenny Miller / Gloria Shakespeare bank signatures. 11. Update Board Directory. 12. Open Public Meeting for SGHA budget comments.
