- NOTICE The Kamas City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 to receive public comments to amend requirements surrounding Amendments to the Conditional Use Ordinance in Section 15.23 of the Kamas Municipal Code. This notice invokes the pending ordinance amendment doctrine established in Utah caselaw and Utah Code section 10-9a-509 regarding future applications for proposed conditional uses. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm in the Kamas City Hall, 170 North Main, Kamas. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City Clerk (783-4630) at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
