PARADISE TOWN ELECTION NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Paradise Town will hold a Municipal Election this fall to elect two (2) candidates to serve four-year terms on the Paradise Town Council; and one (1) candidate to serve a four-year term as Paradise Town Mayor. Persons desiring to be candidates for the 2021 Paradise Town Municipal Election must file a declaration of candidacy form between June 1, 2021 and June 7, 2021. This can be filed at the Town Office, 9035 South 100 West, Monday thru Thursday, 9:00 am to noon, or by appointment between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. by calling Alyssa at 435-512-1940. Declarations of Candidacy can be filed no later than 5:00 p.m. June 7, 2021. Candidates must meet the following qualifications: 1. Be a United States citizen 2. Be at least 18 years old 3. Be a full-time resident of Paradise Town for at least 365 consecutive days immediately preceding the date of the election; and 4. Be a registered voter of Paradise Town. The primary election, if necessary, will be held August 10, 2021 and the municipal election will be held Tuesday, November 2, 2017. Posting Date: April 30, 2021 Alyssa Petersen, Paradise Town Clerk
