- ROOSEVELT CITY AIRPORT BOARD NOTICE AND AGENDA May 6, 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Roosevelt City Airport Board will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at the Roosevelt City Offices, located at 255 S. State Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. The meeting can also be accessed online via Zoom using the following information: Join Zoom Meeting https://jubengineers.zoom.us/j/5825826666 Meeting ID: 582 582 6666 The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Minutes 4. Business a. City Hangar Roof b. FBO RFP Initial Parameters Review c. Draft Airport Minimum Standards d. Draft Airport Rules and Regulations e. Updated on UST DEQ Letter f. Update on Open FAA Grants i. AIP 14 and 15 - Rwy and Twy Project - Waiting on FAA to review Final Construction Report and AGIS Final Report, then provide authorization to start 'Closeout Process,' which includes request final 2.5% of each of those Grants. ii. AIP 16 - CARES Act - $30k has been paid to City, FAA has authorized Closeout. Nothing left to do. iii. AIP 18 - CRRSA - $13k. Grant Offer has been executed. Can be used for similar items as CARES Act (Operations, Maintenance, etc.) Can also put remainder of Hangar Door Invoice on this Grant. 5. Other Business 6. Adjourn
