1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Approval of the minutes April 1st, and 8th, 2020. 4- Discussion and approval of allowing Cal Ripken's Pacific Southwest Regional Tournaments the use of Heritage Field for dates July 18-23 and July 25-30, 2021. 5- Approval to appoint Christopher Warnock as a Museum Board Member. 6- Discussion and possible approval of museum name change. 7- Discussion and possible approval of Grad Night in the Park on May 26th, 2021. 8- Approve deed from Helper City to Helper Holding 2.5 LLC that will correct a mistake made in 1950. 9- Discussion and possible approval of Local Consent to sell beer for Museum Fundraiser on May 22, 2021. 10- Discussion and possible approval to close Main Street for Museum Fundraiser on May 22nd, 2021 11- Discussion and possible approval of City Ordinance 2021-3 Adopting the Project area Plan for the Castle Gate Community Reinvestment Project Area Plan 12- Discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2021-4 A Resolution Updating the Business License Fee Schedule for Helper City. 13- Discussion of updates on the progress and operations of the Rio Theater. 14- Discussion of changes to the Rio Theater Fees. 15- Discussion and Approval on the Tentative Budget for 2021-2022.
