NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The Provo City Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 20, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. This meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: YouTube https://www.youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/provochannel17. If you do not have access to the internet, you can join and listen to the meeting via telephone following the instructions below. There will be an in-person option as well with limited seating at the anchor location of the Community and Neighborhood Services Conference Room. To listen to the meeting by phone, dial 346-248-7799. Decisions of the Board of Adjustment may be appealed to the 4th District Court by filing a written appeal to the Court within thirty (30) days after the filing of the decision of the Board of Adjustment per the requirements of Section 14.05.050 of the Provo City Code. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
