- Wednesday, May 5, 2021 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chamber at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. March 31, 2021 B. April 21, 2021 2. Site Plan A. RRBC PLAT A LOT 3. The proposal involves commercial development of one lot with two buildings of the RRBC Commercial Subdivision located at approximately 709 East 800 North. B. SR-51 SPANISH FORK PARKWAY ROAD WIDENING. The proposal involves widening of State Road 51 at the Spanish Fork Parkway intersection. 3. Title 15 Amendments A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. 4. Adjourn
