Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Midway City Council on Tuesday, 18 May 2021, 5:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Midway Community Center, 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah and using Zoom (Instructions for participation can be found at www.midwaycityut.org). Time will be allowed for public comment regarding the following items:
Ordinance 2021-10 / Dance Annexation (Doug Dance) - Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 2021-10 approving the Dance Annexation located at 1199 South 900 West. Recommended for denial by the Midway City Planning Commission.
Tentative FY 2022 Budget / Public Hearing (Financial Officer) - Receive public comment on and possibly discuss the adopted tentative FY 2022 Budget for Midway City.
