Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinances/Resolutions:
Ordinance 21-07: Rezoning of Parcel 03-067-0004, located at 4350 S Main St from R-2-Residential to C-Commercial (Applicant: Juan Estrada)
Ordinance 21-08: Ordinance 21-08: Recommendation to Rezone Parcel 03-018-0002 and 03-018-0005, located at approximately 1145 W 3200 S from R-2-Residential and A-Agricultural to C-Commercial (Applicant: Ebeco Properties, LLC)
When: May 13, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah
A full report will be posted on the City's website by May 7, 2021 as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website.
