- Notice of Public Hearings Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs Community Development and Renewal Agency will conduct public hearings to receive comments on: 1) Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. 2) Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022. This meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 approximately 6:00 p.m. immediately following the City Council meeting, at the City offices located at 1307 N. Commerce Drive Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah. This meeting may be viewed live on the City's YouTube Channel. https://www.youtube.com/c/CityofSaratogaSprings Public hearing comments may be submitted to comments@saratogaspringscity.com.
