MIDVALE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The public is invited to attend an electronic public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 6:00 pm. The Planning Commission will be considering a request from Mark Garza, representing Holmes Jordan Bluffs LLC, for a 10-unit Preliminary Condominium Plat for Phase 1E of the Jordan Heights at View 78 project located at 8342 S. Sky Mirror Ln. This meeting will be conducted as an in-person and electronic hybrid meeting. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting or view the meeting at the following link: https://www.MidvaleCity.org/PublicMeetings. Seating will be limited to half capacity. Meeting attendees will be required to practice social distancing and wear masks at all times. Comments will be accepted in person or in writing.
