The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct a public hearing; a. The City Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of resolution 2021-06 approving the Municipal Wastewater Planning Program for Wellsville City. b. The City Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval of the Sanitary Sewer Management Plan for Wellsville City. 9. Mike Nicholes - Present preliminary plan and final plan for the Ballif Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately the West half of Section 17 & 20, Township 10 North. Tax Id. #10-050-0006 10. Carly Lansche - Discuss Trails Planning and Master Plan Survey for Wellsville. 11. Discuss for approval allowing 'Options for Independence' to have their own fishing day at the Wellsville Dam. 12. Scott Wells - Discuss changes to chapter 10-36-100 titled 'Exterior Lighting' 13. Scott Wells - Discuss options for the sewer along 200 East. Tax Id. #10-028-0039. 14. Discuss Resolution 2021-05, interlocal agreement between Cache County and Wellsville City for the administration of 2021 Municipal Elections which had a typographical error on the resolution. 15. Continue discussion on updating or modifying the Cemetery rules & regulations. 16. Scott Wells - Discuss 3 Quarter Financial statement for January. 17. Department reports 18. City Manager/Recorders report.
