- 1. Read and approve minutes from April 15, 2021 meeting. 2. Judge Sunrise and Summit Elementary Arbor Day Posters and select the top poster of the year. 3. Plan for Arbor Day Tree Plantings on June 5, 2021 4. Make final plans for the Booth at Health Days 5. Review Neighborhood Housing Solutions plans for planting trees. 6. Discuss the need for an information letter to land owners about dead or dying trees and the Ips Beetle. Requesting removal of the trees. 7. Review Cemetery Tree Health by Mike Kuhns Extension Agent 8. Other Business:
