Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday May 19, 2021 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. in the following order; 1) The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval a code amendment, in chapter 10-35-040 titled 'Open Space Standards', and repeal ownership of open space, 4. Type 4 'Individual Private Ownership within a Subdivision'. 2) The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval a code amendment in chapter 10-34 titled 'Critical Lands' and repeal all references of 30% slopes and replace with 20% slopes to stay consistent the Wellsville City code and correct an error in the text.
